Support is email, and I answer it. Before you write, the documentation covers most setup questions and it's faster than waiting for me.

Pro and Agency licences

Email support@honest-analytics.com with your licence key and the site URL. I aim to reply within two working days, UK time. Included for 12 months from purchase.

Lite

Use the WordPress.org support forum. It's public, so other people find the answers too. I read it, but paid licences come first.

Things worth including

  • WordPress and PHP versions
  • Your caching plugin or CDN, if any
  • What you expected to see, and what you saw instead
  • A screenshot, if it's a reporting oddity

One person answers these, so there's no ticket queue, no chatbot, and no hold music. There's also no overnight cover.
